All orders are processed within 7-21 business days  (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note: During high-volume periods (such as holidays or sales), processing times may be slightly delayed.

We offer the following shipping options:

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

You can track your order directly through our website or through the courier's tracking page.

đźš« Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping information, or weather-related issues.

If your order is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it:

  • First, check around your property or with neighbors.

  • Then, contact the shipping carrier.

  • If you're still unable to locate it, please contact us at info@hbcupridenation.net and we’ll do our best to help.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately with your order number and photos of the item’s condition.

✏️ Address Changes & Order Edits

Please contact us immediately after placing your order if you need to make changes to your shipping address. Once an order is fulfilled, we’re unable to make changes.
